In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences for a diverse range of learners. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into accessible and impactful online, blended, and in-person learning modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and cutting-edge educational technologies to foster student success and enhance learning outcomes. Skills: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories, Experience with multimedia development and graphic design principles for learning content, Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and develop comprehensive learning objectives, Skilled in assessment design and rubric development, Excellent project management and organizational skills, Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and universal design for learning (UDL) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with significant experience considered), 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or corporate learning environments, Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful instructional design projects and innovative learning solutions, Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
